Dawn Humanitarian and Development Organization (DHDO) is a national, women-led, non-governmental, and impartial organization with a strong operational presence in the Eastern, Central, and Northern regions of Afghanistan. Our teams work closely with communities affected by disasters, including climate change, displacement, poverty, and crises, supported by DHDO’s coordination and management structures at provincial and national levels.
We collaborate in designing and implementation community-based humanitarian and development programmes focused on social protection, women’s empowerment, livelihoods, food security, education, WASH, climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, and social cohesion.
